Water getting lower…fishing getting slower

Lot’s of fish in the river, but with the low, clear water and bright sunshine, the bite has been early. We have some cloudy, rainy weather headed our way, which will improve the fishing. They are all set to release fish from the hatchery in the next couple of days which will load up the river. Fishing should get real good!

Low water, cold front…still good fishing

Even with the river being lower than normal and a sudden cold snap, the Steelhead fishing is still good. The fish are spread throughout the river, and are being caught on plugs, beads, sacks, worms and flies.
