It was 50 degrees yesterday. We fished 5 spots and the fish responded well. Today, we had temps in the high teens in the morning with a high of 25 degrees. The wind was also blowing 30 – 35 mph. out of the northwest. Needless to say, with a cold front like that, the fish were a little stubborn. Here are some pics from the last two days.
- Oswego County’s best mechanic Tom Alice, with a nice buck steelie.
- Your getting pretty good at this Tom
- Another fresh March Steelhead.
- Tom’s son Matt, with a great Brown Trout he caught in Pinneville. Great Job Matt!
- Great job Chris. Thanx for being so patient and fishing hard in these tough conditions. Your hard work paid off.
- Kayleb, frozen feet and all, managed to land a couple of beautiful fish today, one of which was this beautiful 6 lb. Brown. We had some bad luck with fish comming off, 3 or 4 in a row, but eventually they started staying on. By the way… nice hook set!
