Well, we had some tougher fishing over the weekend. The river came up to 1500cfs and now is 1800cfs which, down river, is well over 3000cfs with added runoff. Plenty of fish and, most days, plenty of hook-ups. Landing them has been a little hard some days though. Be very careful when wading the river. The water is high and cold. Another advantage of a drift boat. Here are a few photos from some recent trips.

Fishing was good, even though we had to deal with ice cold high water again. A mixed bag of Steelhead and Browns made up are catch both saturday and sunday. River flow was 1500 cfs and temperature 34-35 degrees.

Even with ice cold water temps, the fish are hitting good. It will only get better from here on out. We have a limited amount of open dates for the spring river season, CALL SOON!

What a beautiful day! The nicest day of the spring so far. Sunny and 50 degrees, with a river full of fish. Rich and George spent the day with us on the river. We had a great time and managed to land 5 fish. With 1800 cfs of water flow, the river is up and fishing well. The water is still very cold, 33 – 34 degrees, and even though the fishing now is fairly good, it will improve when the water begins to warm a little in a couple of weeks.
